tpotal so far: 680
and thats when i got up at 2... iv only been awake 5 1/4 hourssss
fit day .com sed iv burned 440 cals from the long walk i did... so make it 400 coz there never accurrate... means im on 240 cals atm...

new 58 cal cuppa soups, slim-a-soup ministroni.

they will be my stable food.
i have till saterday.
thats 5/6 days
and i have ten of them. so two a day which equals 116 kcals.
what other food i have:
cucumber,
muchroom and bacon risotto (two portions, 200 cals each).
4 low fat yoghurts 90 each
lettece
cheesestrings, 89?
fishermans low fat pie 225
cereal bars, 80
weight watcher beans... 135 x 2 per can
crackers 34 x 13

if i ate everything that i have in 5 days (and then i can divide it by 5 to fogure out how much that is a day and i can decide what to do)

3070 is the total, so thats 614 per day...
i might only eat one can of beans, thats would make the total 2935 which is 587 per day which seems better... ill see... maybe like, not all the yoghurts, or not one of either the fishermans pie or a rissotto protion... we'll see...

okay... i had the rest of that slice of cheese thats id had a nibble of earlier.
which was 114 calories!!!!!!!
i didnt realse till i just looked it up! urghh.. and hink about how much fat is in there too.
fuck fuck fuck... then made m,y bf a huge bowl of icecream, wit cornish and chocolate flavoured icecream, all different kinds of spinkles, and peanut butter... and had 3 mouthfulls of the icecream myself!!!
that must be like 120clas at least.
so thats 234 extra calories.



shit.



i used to go on this fast day, eat 600clas day, fast day eat 600cals day diet. it worked quite well coz it teased my metabolism. maybe as iv gone this far and i know that works alright for me ill start that today till monday...
i dont know.

right, we just put a film on to watch so i better get off the laotop.


i feel so heavy now, gross squidgey and urgh...
i need to read my post before so that i can find out exactly how many calories i have had so far today ad how many there would be left to make it up to 600... if any... shit i hope i havent gone over 600!!! i think i have to punish or something if i have.

im scared.

yesterday i ate half a ham roll.
the roll had 170cals, and i weighed the ham up, twas 25g, which made it 40cals if the nutritional info at the back was right.

thats 210cals.

i then had an olive later which is 4 cals, but it hadolive oil around the outside, so lets say 10cals all together.

thats 220cals.

then i had a chocolate drop from my boyfriends birthdaycake.

mayeb 15?

so thats 235cals.

had 5 hot drinks (tea and coffee) all wih s/s milk.
thats 75cals for the milk.

thats 310cals total for yesterday.

today iv already had

25g of ham (40cals) spinich which i dont know but ill allow spinich to be calorieless for me, 4 cherry tomatoes (27cals) red onion for which i had like 3 thin slices and am not counting, tiniest nibble of cheese, about 5g so (20cals)and a teaspoon and a half of ploughmans pickle (14cals)

so far today thats 101cals.

lets say 150 just in case and coz of the spinich and onion i left out.

oh shit, im on my second coffee from the perk, got bout a half left i there...
thats 2 and a half portions of s/s milk... that 45cals

so thats 295cals.

jesus its not even 3 yet.

guess its black tea and coffee and wtare for the rest of the day...

my boyfriends over for the night... for new years... we might go to the pub, or we might ... on the countdown coz that is just a pretty awsome way to start the new year!!!

im worried ill eat more.

if i feel ill later from no food, then ill probs have another place of tomatoes and spinich and onion and pickle, with like 10g of ham and no cheese... which would be (16 + 27 + 20 (and the spinich and onion)) = 63cals...

which would make todays intake 358calories.

thats sounds like alot.

i dont know.

ill see how i feel...
